After beginning his career in the private sector at W.W. Grainger, Josh completed his MBA and joined GSA in 2011, where he has rapidly progressed through a series of analytics and management positions with increasing responsibility. During his time as the lead analyst supporting the Federal Strategic Sourcing Initiative (FSSI) for office supplies, Josh developed and led the implementation of a data-driven, horizontal pricing model that has modernized GSA’s approach to price analysis and saved the Government tens of millions of dollars. Currently, he serves as the Data Lead in the FAS Catalog Management Office where he continues to develop and implement data-driven initiatives that increase transparency and enhance acquisition outcomes. Josh holds a M.S. in Real Estate Finance & Investment from New York University, a MBA from Webster University, and a B.S. in Management from Park University.
