GfK's Heffernan shares coupon insights at ACP

In a presentation this week, GfK's Neal Heffernan (EVP, Sales Analytics & Testing) will share new insights about today's coupon redeemers. Leveraging data from GfK's National Shopper Lab -- a panel of over 80 million loyalty card users across 20 retail banners -- Heffernan will explore topics such as

  • spending by redeemers of FSI and digital print-at-home coupons
  • coupon redemption levels and incremental volume
  • which coupon types deliver the highest ROI
  • likelihood of "repeating" among types of redeemers

Heffernan will be presenting on May 1st at 2:20PM to the annual conference of the Association of Coupon Professionals (ACP), taking place in Orlando, Florida from April 30th through May 2nd.

Heffernan leads the GfK Sales Effectiveness team in North America, overseeing the design, execution and analyses of marketing ROI studies utilizing retailer loyalty card data and in-market
controlled store tests (CSTs). He has over 25 years of experience, with expertise in promotion effectiveness, new product forecasting, marketing mix, shopper loyalty analytics, and advertising testing.
