Job Description

  • Key accountabilities:   


    • Align both solution strategy and high-level design with the Product Manager and the agile team 

    • Analysee the system domain and suggest solution options 

    • Enable the team to deliver the envisioned solution, e. g. by providing the necessary requirements information to them 

    • For cross-platform or end-to-end topics: Align with (Technical) Business Analysts from other domains on cross cutting concerns and APIs from a (functional) perspective 

    • Provide Input for Test Automation cases 

    • Review & Refine Epics/Stories with the agile team and proactively support SCRUM ceremonies like daily stand-ups, iteration plannings, reviews and retrospectives 

    • Consider envisioned outcomes from Product and support the design of solution strategy for achieving those.


    Skills and Experience:   

    • Experience with writing user stories and managing the team backlog 

    • Experience with agile processes (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and tools (Jira, Confluence, MSOffice365) 

    • Background in requirements engineering of data products (elicitation, specification, analysis and validation of requirements) 

    • Experience in retrieving and manipulating data for data exploration and data quality assessment purposes 

    • Detail-oriented with thorough understanding of data quality  

    • Python and SQL skills are a plus 

    • Experience with constructing and maintaining ETL processes is a plus 

    • Recent work experience in a data analytics, data science or BI-related field is a plus.
