Job Description

  • Maintain and develop retailer relationship for all TCG and other industry retailers incl. organized retail, click & mortar, online marketplace and emerging retail formats.
  • Review and design profitable retailer services proposition and work with wider local and regional teams helping retailers and finally with brands for commercial implication and sales. Actively discuss with retailers on their business need, consultancy and sales for services (cross-sell / upsell) as accounts.
  • Develop and maintain top to top relationships with high-level retailer contacts (CEO, MD, GM) and able to guide stratic insights to the retailer’s business in Indonesia. GfK point of view sharing at various industry association, webinar and retailer internal conference/session (must be a good storyteller, always in the know of key market trends, able to take senior management level discussion, subject matter expert).
  • Develop new product categories to audit and other profitable new business development opportunities
  • Develop new data assets working with wider data ecosystem and external partners for data augmentation and develop tech assets for brands
  • Work smoothly with teams, peers and other functions, building strong relationships, and making an impact for business (must be able to collaborate and work as one team for wider business incl. regional and global teams)
