Job Description

Fokus der Rolle 

  • Mitarbeit bei Implementierung und Optimierung digitaler Messlösungen für die Fernsehzuschauerforschung  

  • Qualitätssicherung: Koordination und Durchführung von Standardrecherchen und Auswertungen bzgl. Haushaltsstammqualität / Haushaltsstammdatenpflege 

  • Mitarbeit bei der Planung, Umsetzung, Abnahme und Nachbereitung von internen und externen Projekten 

  • Sonderauswertungen mit spezifischen Software-Tools für Dokumentation und Kundenanforderungen 

  • Betreuung und Beratung von Haushalten des AGF-Fernsehforschungspanels (Customer-Care-Center) 


Als Operations Specialist - Panel Digitalization haben Sie die folgenden Hauptverantwortlichkeiten:

  • Mitarbeit bei Neugestaltung von Prozessabläufen für den Einsatz digitaler Messlösungen und weiterer digitaler Projekte 

  • Unterstützung bei der Optimierung interner Arbeitsabläufe  

  • Mitarbeit bei Aufbau und Pflege eines Customer-Relationship-Management-Systems (z.B. Zendesk) 

  • Haushaltsstammdatenpflege in spezifischen Software-Tools 

  • Betreuung und Beratung von Panelhaushalten – „First- Level-Support“: z. B. Hilfestellung bei technischen Problemen 

  • Mitarbeit beim Aufbau eines „Second-Level-Support“ zu den digitalen Messlösungen sowie bei der Erstellung einer Dokumentationsplattform 

  • Qualitätssicherung: eigenverantwortliche Durchführung von Recherchen zur Überprüfung des Nutzungsverhaltens (Compliance); weiterführende Recherchen zur Optimierung der Datenqualität 

  • Weiterentwicklung und Pflege von Software-Tools für Anforderungen aus der DSGVO 

Nachdem Sie nun wissen, was ein Operations Specialist - Panel Digitalization tut, welche Fähigkeiten, Qualifikationen und Erfahrungen benötigen Sie?

  • Ausbildung / Studium: z.B. Fachangestellten für Markt- und Sozialforschung, spezifischer Bachelor / Master

  • Idealerweise erste Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Marktforschung, Medien oder Marketing 

  • Sehr gute Grundkenntnisse digitaler Medien (ausgeprägte digitale Kompetenz), hohe technische Affinität

  • Kenntnisse zur DSGVO und zum Umgang mit sensiblen Daten

  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

  • Gute Kenntnisse: MS-Office-Paket, Jira, Confluence 

  • wirtschafts-/sozialwissenschaftliches Studium

  • Fähigkeit zur eigenständigen Problemlösung von komplexen Fragestellungen 

  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit 

  • Gute Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität sowie Belastbarkeit 

  • Idealerweise erste Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement 


Focus of the role:

  • Collaboration in the implementation and optimization of digital measurement solutions for television audience research

  • Quality assurance: Coordination and implementation of standard research and evaluations with regard to household master quality / household master data maintenance

  • Participation in the planning, implementation, acceptance and follow-up of internal and external projects

  • Special evaluations with specific software tools for documentation and customer requirements

  • Support and advice for households of the AGF television research panel (Customer Care Center)

As an Operations Specialist - Panel Digitalization, you will have the following key accountabilities:

  • Collaboration in redesigning process flows for the use of digital measurement solutions and other digital projects for television audience research

  • Support in optimizing internal work processes

  • Collaboration in setting up and maintaining a customer relationship management system (e.g. Zendesk)

  • Maintenance of household master data in specific software tools

  • Supervision and advice for panel households - First-Level-Support assistance with technical problems

  • Collaboration in setting up "second-level support" for the digital measurement solutions and in creating a documentation platform

  • Quality assurance: independent implementation of research to check usage behavior (compliance); Further research to optimize data quality

  • Further development and maintenance of software tools for requirements from the GDPR

Now that you know what an Operations Specialist - Panel Digitalization does, what skills, qualifications and experience do you need?

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business/Social science - Marketing, Sociology etc.

  • Initial experience in the areas of market research, media or marketing

  • Very good basic knowledge of digital media (pronounced digital competence), high technical affinity

  • Knowledge of the GDPR and how to handle sensitive data

  • Very good command of German, both spoken and written

  • Good written and spoken English knowledge

  • Good knowledge of MS Office package, Jira, Confluence

  • Ability to solve complex problems independently

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Good teamwork, flexibility and resilience

  • Experience in project management would be considered advantage
