As a Finance Director for Andina (Colombia, Ecuador, Panamá, Venezuela), you will manage a complex environment in terms of taxes and legislation across the 4 countries and will be a key member of the senior leadership in Latam. It is expected to manage and coordinate the financial function, corporate finance and accounting policies, business controls, budget processes, procedures and reporting
As Finance Director you will have the following key accountabilities:
You will be in charge of the Budget and Forecast planning
You will manage Banking processes.
You will be responsible for accounting payables and procurement.
You will be responsible for cashflow planning ensuring company funds.
You will deliver tax presentations and payment obligations on time and correctly.
You will be in charge of the general accounting.
You will produce reports to HQ and the region.
You will coordinate internal and external audits.
You will responsible for legal matters and point of contact for legal advisors.
You will follow up of diverse company projects and implementations.
Now that we've introduced you to the position as Finance Director, what skills, qualifications and experience should you have?
- Bachelor degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance or related careers. Post Graduate is a plus.
- You should have relevant experience in multinational companies.
- You should have analysis skills, as well as people management expertise.
- You must be an advance user of Excel and SAP, Tagetik, BI on HANA
- You must have fluency in English, both written and oral.
