The Financial Research Survey (FRS) is one of the largest and longest running surveys tracking personal financial holdings and behaviors and is considered the industry benchmark within the financial industry. The survey covers all the main financial retail markets including banking, savings and investments, lending, insurance and retirement planning to build a complete picture of the financial portfolio held by consumers at an individual level (plus a wealth of demographic data).
Using an innovative hybrid methodology combining both face to face and online interviewing, a highly representative sample of 60,000 adults (aged 16+) across Great Britain are interviewed each year with data continuously collected and reported each month.
