Job Description

Purpose of the Role

  • Help drive sales of our customized research business in the SEANAP region.
  • Provide account development, management, and team leadership for our business focused on technology, media, retail, e-commerce clients. Previous experience with these kind of clients would be essential.

Skills required

  • Anticipate client needs through intimate familiarity with their business and proactively engage to help create a sense of collaboration and to generate business opportunity.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on approach.
  • This position relies on a person's deep understanding of customized research, the skills and capabilities required in sales as well as experience in providing innovative sales enablement solutions.
  • Provide overall program leadership and supervision of execution, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery, while designing and consulting on innovative, insightful research programs to our key growth clients.
  • Needs to be able to lead teams but also to dip into the every day to help out teams with client deliveries.
  • Passionate about data-driven approach and can think strategically to draw out big picture correlations, predictions, and recommendations.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills

Requirements 

  • University degree
  • 10+ years in business development and/or commercial management in market/ related research companies
  • Supplemented by relevant industry experience, ideally in Technology, Media, Retail and/or E-Commerce
  • Market Research Agency Background / Business Development
  • Excellent program and project management skills
  • Track record of managing a team
