Job Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Contact for application operations and infrastructure
    • Self-reliant analysis and resolution of critical issues
    • Support for software deployments
    • Planning and implementation of infrastructure changes
    • Improvement and optimization of infrastructure, system and application monitoring
    • Incident- and Problem Management
    • Configuration Management
    • 24*7 on-call service

    Requirements:

    • Solid know-how working with Windows and Linux server operation systems
    • Active Directory and Domain management
    • Server virtualization and containerization
    • Experience with automation technologies
    • Knowledge in script languages e.g. PowerShell, Python or Ruby
    • Experience with system monitoring tools
    • Knowledge in IT security
    • Experience with agile methodologies and Kanban
