We are currently seeking a Panel Communication Assistant with a focus on communication to work closely with our panel support team.
The Panel Communication Assistant takes care of all communication between our 'Consumer Panel' (CP) Management and the HouseHolds, for the Swedish Consumer Panel. Communication means written documents, social media and the CP portal.
Since we are a small team, we are looking for a person who likes to be a part of a team, and on the other hand likes to take responsibility of tasks that you must push by yourself.
We are looking for somebody that likes to contact all sorts of people, as writing newsletters, info mail, SMS messages, social media, etc, and update our portal with info and other things for our panellists, could be surveys, questionnaires, research results, motivation, instructions, etc..
You need a good knowledge in Microsoft Office, you will also use Atlas, aTRACKtive and Dunamis, which are GfK related tools, but it would be a plus if you have experienced in the past already some of such panel management tools, or databases.
Your employment includes to be part of our panel support team, to take active part of our recruitment procedures and finding new ways to recruit members to our panels, also finding new ways to communicate with them is one of your targets.
We are communicating in a digital world, so knowledge of website programming and all kind of social media as twitter, facebook, whatsapp, instagram is an important plus.
We are looking for someone with native Swedish language, a big plus would be your knowledge of the Danish spoken and written language.
GfK´s headquarter is in Nürnberg, Germany, our service sections are spread all over the world. We are a global organisation. Official language is English. We take for granted that you can express yourself both in spoken and written language. Getting in touch with colleagues in expert centers in Romania, Germany, Poland, and other European countries does not scare you.
The employment is a Danish contract, with 36 working hours a week.
Working days, Monday to Friday
Our office is in Copenhagen, Örestad which is easy to travel to by train from for example from Malmö or Lund area, many of the counties around have very good connection over the bridge.
This will be the main tasks:
- Communicate with the households via newsletters, mail, sms, other social media.
- Update weekly the CP portal.
- Link surveys to the portal and make selections for them
- Make recruitment initiatives, find new ways to find new households to our panels, setup communication program’s with bloggers, ….
