Job Description

We are looking for a working student (m/f/d) to support our team in the rollout of our apps and on international projects with regards to recruitment and interaction with our panelists.   

Your tasks will include:  

  • Updates of User Manuals for mobile (iOS & Android) and Windows 

  • Testing of new app versions based on test protocols  

  • Root cause analysis in case of bugs or issues  

  • Support during preparation of App-Rollouts  

  • Update of documentations  

  • Support on international initiatives with regards to Panelist Relationship Management (Recruitment, Incentives, Engagement) 

 
You are studying Business administration/economics or a comparable Bachelor’s or Master’s programme with the focus on Operations or IT. You are a highly motivated person who likes to integrate into an international committed team with your working style. In addition, you are characterized by your communicational and analytical skills and your focus is on the results of your work. Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Powerpoint) is required. SQL-Knowledge is an advantage. You also are excited about media research and have very good English language skills.
