Job Description

Wir suchen engagierte und motivierte Student:innen (m/w/d), die unser Team im Bereich Panel Service Operations/Hotline, zunächst für 6 Monate befristet (mit Verlängerungsmöglichkeit), bei folgenden Aufgaben unterstützen:

  • Betreuung der teilnehmenden Haushalte
  • Hilfestellung bei technischen oder sonstigen Problemen
  • Teilnehmer Postbearbeitung/ E-Mail-Bearbeitung
  • Aufnahme Prämienbestellung, Klären von Reklamationen
  • Eigenständiges Bearbeiten von Sonderaufgaben mittels Access-DB

​Selbstverständlich erhaltet ihr eine gründliche Einarbeitung für euren zukünftigen Aufgabenbereich.

Wir vereinbaren ein Arbeitsvolumen von 14-20 Stunden pro Woche, mit festen Tagen in der Woche, in den Semesterferien gerne mehr. 

Folgende fachliche Voraussetzungen bringst Du mit:

  • Interesse an technischen Problemen
  • Gute Kenntnisse der Office-Programme (Outlook, Access, Word, Excel)
  • Grundkenntnisse in Android/iOS wünschenswert
  • Genauigkeit in der Arbeitsweise
  • Gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse (C1) sind für diese Tätigkeit erforderlich.
