The company’s flagship product (MRI-Simmons USA) is the leading multi-media study of Americans and is widely recognized as the industry standard for magazine audience ratings. Powered by address-based probabilistic sampling, MRI-Simmons USA measures real people, chosen at random to represent the US population in all its variations. This methodological approach ensures stability of insights and provides the most accurate view of the American consumer.
This position is responsible for overseeing the operations and functions of an in-person survey research recruitment field force, including field operations, sample management, training and recruitment, quality control and requirements development for technical applications. The VP leads a team of professionals who manage a fully remote, geographically dispersed field force who recruit respondents and conduct personal interviews in a door-to-door setting. The VP leads with a focus on continuous process improvement, efficiency, quality, and change management. Additionally, the VP will collaborate with the field leadership team and business leaders to create strategic priorities and deliver on critical operating priorities. The VP’s responsibilities include developing a strategic roadmap and enforcing milestones to develop and maintain field protocols; training and recruitment standards and processes; budgets; vendor relationships; quality assurance standards; incentive fulfillment processes; reporting of KPIs; sampling procedures; and logistics for inventory, shipping, and travel. The VP must also ensure that audit standards are met for all processes and procedures. This position works closely with all members of the Leadership team and particularly with the Research Methods, Research Operations, Digital Operations, Data Processing, Product Management and Development teams.
