Job Description

Required skills and experience

  • 2 years + analysing user research into actionable insights for digital product development
  • High competency with Dovetail or similar insights tools
  • Understanding of GDPR regulations and application for user research/knowledge management
  • Experience with B2B or SaaS platforms, and AI / machine learning preferred
  • Master's degree/qualification in social sciences or related subject is preferred
  • Familiar with Agile practices
  • Fluent in English language (written and verbal)

Examples of key activity during contract period

  • Interrogate, document and synthesis existing CP research, translating this into a format that is searchable, accessible and actionable (adhering to research and ethics frameworks and GDPR requirements)
  • Implement frameworks for sharing findings (users, market, competitors etc) on a regular basis in an engaging way to improve knowledge across the client platform group. Compile and deliver these insights regularly to design team and internal stakeholders
  • Improve the quality and value of user insights for future research through improving processes, documenting existing and future findings appropriately and sharing with designers and product teams
  • Manage and deliver analysis of existing research findings and insights, assessing strength of insights and identifying gaps
  • Work with manager, and broader research teams, to identify methods and processes to fill knowledge gaps and improve quality of insights
