Job Description

Netquest is part of GfK and is among the most advanced and innovative digital data collection specialists worldwide in the market research and analytics industry.

Our Finance Department is now looking for a Temporary Treasury Manager (to cover a maternity leave) that can support local and global processes. The Treasury Manager will work very closely with the other Finance teams and give support to the organization in invoice management.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Analysing and updating the “currency differentiated” Cash Flow Forecast of the local entity
  • Preparation of FX exposure reports of the local entity
  • Quarterly reconciliation of Treasury accounts and results (FX, Interest)
  • Acting as interface to the external auditors and contact person for Global banks relations
  • Responsible for global cash and funding management, intercompany netting process
  • Administration of our Treasury Database (input of all local Treasury transactions)
  • Performing day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording payments data
  • Responsible for all internal and external payments of all legal entities in different currencies (suppliers, taxes, payroll...)

You´re a great candidate if you have…

  • Completed academic degree or comparable in business administration (focus on finance/treasury)
  • 1 year of professional experience in Group Treasury/Risk Controlling of an international company or similar professional experience in a financial institute
  • Knowledge in In-Out Payments (incl. Payment Runs), Bank Statements, Balance Sheet Reconciliation, Treasury Analysis & Reporting, Cash Pooling and Petty Cash
  • Excellent knowledge MS-Office, especially MS Excel
  • Working knowledge in a Cash or Treasury Management System advantageous
  • Very good verbal and written skills in Spanish and English
