Job Description

As a Technical HR Systems Analyst you will have the following key accountabilities:

  • Handling user requests for system maintenance such as correcting HR Processes, advising user on best HR practices 

  • Handling system related question regarding payroll activities 

  • Guiding users on system usability 

  • Organizing trainings or workshops with users across the company

  • Handling Integrations BAU activities, acting as a backup for Payroll Integration Specialist, checking and evaluating for  any issues with the Payroll Integrations

  • Working with xml, xsls constantly

  • Assist in evaluating  existing Integrations, auditing and determine suitable modifications to better serve the needs of the business

Now that we've introduced you to the position of a Technical HR Systems Analyst, what skills, qualifications and experience should you have:

  • University degree in Computing, Computer Science or Human Resources 

  • HR experience

  • Experience in working with an HRIS cloud system (SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM etc.) - preferred Super User experience 

  • Excellent written and spoken English (Spanish or Russian or other European language would be considered as an advantage)

  • Excel knowledge (medium)

  • Experience in working in a fast - paced multinational environment

  • Proactive attitude, open to learn new technical skills quickly 

  • Analytical  skills ,technical mindset and synthesis skills

  • Good time management skills - working with deadlines

  • Solution oriented, detail-oriented

  • Good communication and consulting skills (presenting, leading workshops explaining functionalities)

  • Customer Service experience would be considered as an advantage

  • Good interpersonal and team working skills
