We are looking for a Technical Delivery Lead (DL) to play a crucial role in the development of our Brand Tracker and Segmentation Solutions. As a DL, your contributions will directly influence the success of our solutions, helping our clients gain valuable marketing insights.

The DL is accountable for keeping multiple science-related epics or user stories on track and ensuring they are completed on time and according to specifications. The DL is the leader of the marketing scientists working on a certain MCI proposition, orchestrating the execution of work and ensuring output correctness, quality, and speed.

We are looking for someone with the ability to work in a multifunctional team who feels comfortable being the interface between Product and Marketing Science Organization. This role requires a high level of coordination, collaboration and negotiation.

You will…

  • Drive innovation and Design Technically Feasible solutions in collaboration with all other contributors (Machine Learning Engineers, MarSci, Operations, Product, Commercial)

  • Review the Marketing Science Outcomes (methodology, scalability, technical ready-to-production solutions) 

  • Present the Marketing Science outcomes to Product Managers and help transform them into relevant product features

  • Break down stakeholders' requests to ensure understanding by the science teams

  • Oversee the technical development by steering the marketing science teams

  • Regularly review with the development team to ensure requisite support & improvements

  • Roll out solutions to Regional teams and maintain a network of experts and feedback flow

  • Represent the product in client-facing situations, conferences, etc.

You have…

  • 6-8 years of relevant work experience, especially on brand trackers and segmentation studies

  • Degree in a field that emphasizes modelling, statistical or mathematical skills (Bachelors or Masters)

  • Strong marketing domain expertise in how brands grow

  • Solid experience in visualizing and communicating the results of data analyses

  • Expertise in modelling and statistical skills, with knowledge of econometric techniques such as survey/polling statistics, experimental design (conjoint), and econometric modelling

  • Familiarity with analytics programming languages (e.g. Python, R) and the respective tool ecosystem

  • Proven project management skills

  • Ability to write technical product documentation and tutorials
