Job description:

We are looking for a new member to our Consumer Panel team in the Nordics, responsible for special projects from new product development to marketing activities and supporting sales controlling across Denmark and Sweden.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving and coordinating special projects that will make a big difference in our business and to our clients. You will be working closely together with the Commercial Director, as well as global project teams and local consultants.

The role offers an exciting mix of project management, sales analytics, and opportunity to influence how GfK is positioned in the market. The role comes with high exposure in the organisation, locally and globally. It would benefit from experience from similar tasks in the past either from an agency or from the client side. We don’t expect you to know it all the first day. Instead, we expect you to be a team player and join our team with an open mind and eager to learn more.

Key activities:

- Drive the implementation of new state-of-the-art product offering in close collaboration with global project teams and other local departments

- Ensure the activation of our local marketing activities in time and to best quality, e.g. webinars, newsletter, LinkedIn

- Coordinate progress and input with global counterparts and local team members

- Support the Commercial Director in Sales Controlling incl. sales reporting, budget planning, and as Salesforce key user for the local consultant team

Requirements:

​We are looking for an energetic personality with a high level of engagement and dynamics who pushes things forward and looks beyond the horizon. You pay strong attention to detail, have good communication skills, and can easily integrate into our Nordic team. With excellent analytical skills, you are able to understand and connect a wide range of diverse information. You need excellent skills with Excel and PowerPoint. Experience of working with SalesForce is advantageous.

This is entry-level position and, therefore, experience of 1-2 year in the field of project management, marketing, sales controlling or consulting preferred within the FMCG sector is advantageous.

The position is based in Copenhagen and fluency in Danish and English is a requirement.
