Job Description

As a Senior Research Manager, you will work independently and handle specific project phases, which includes implementing the entire project with general oversight from a Vice President or Research Director. In this role, you will handle complex technical tasks and will manage complex projects.

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Partner with internal colleagues to meet with clients, to understand their key business questions, and to identify custom or syndicated solutions that meet their research needs.
  • Serve as a liaison with project management staff to monitor the implementation of projects, including ensuring accurate, high-quality delivery across all phases of the project.
  • Work with internal colleagues to support sales activities, project specifications, pricing, or sections of proposals.

How you will make an impact:  

  • Create reports in PowerPoint or Google Slides that summarize the key research findings, with senior level oversight. 
  • Monitor project budgets and timelines. 
  • Accurately and efficiently create questionnaires and analytic plans.
  • Build meaningful client relationships, and work effectively in a team environment and as an individual contributor
  • Design and deliver tailored presentations with an eye for detail and high-quality standards

Ideally, you will bring the following:

  • BA/BS in Marketing or related degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years related work experience in market research.
  • Research knowledge and understanding, with strong data analysis and writing skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and programming languages like SPSS or other statistical packages or Visual Basic for Applications.
  • Expertise in integrating insights from multiple data sources to address clients’ business needs
