Job Description

Mission of the role:

You are the owner of an internal product known as ‘Stream’.

Stream is our tool for researching global user needs, distilled a need for global deployable solutions and a digital first user experiences that can be used on Smartphone / Tablet / Web. Dependent on the very countries and maturity of Field work in this local context, a lot of this work is still and also needs in the future be done on Pen&Paper or with import of Excel Sheets. Stream will enable digital data capturing (e.g. via APP) but also be backward compatible to the existing workflows and workforce.

As a Product Manager Data Platforms, you will have the following key accountabilities:

· Formulate & present vision, strategy and roadmap for product area

· Drive the product transformation

· Tight interaction/ steering of stakeholders across different disciplines like tech, commercial, operations, science + external vendors

· Apply OKR framework, track results, suggest and mange counter measures if key results are on risk to be failed

· Update system requirements

· Convert different stakeholder requirements into tangible product improvements

· Work with the Engineering Manager and the Tech Lead in your team to ensure healthy delivery – including capabilities, happiness, resilience, and growth

· Work together with our UX Designers to ideate, prototype and iterate on a new user experience for our internal stakeholders and eventually also external

· Collaborate closely with other Product Managers and Tech in the area to align our platform strategy.

· Lead one or more cross-functional teams to deliver with speed and quality

· Become a facilitator for knowledge sharing in your field of expertise

Now that you know what a Product Data Manager does, what skills, qualifications and experience do you need?

· 3+ years of experience defining and driving product strategy as a technical product manager / product owner

· Work experience with front-end products

· Experienced in building products used by large ecosystems of users and businesses

· Experience of managing systems designed for customer services or operations teams would be a plus

· Experienced user of Confluence/JIRA, AHA, Tableau/BI/Google Graphs, Office365

· Broad & deep understanding of user research/ design thinking/ MVP concept/ BPM

· Excellent presentation and influencing skills, feeling comfortable in front of a top management audience

· Strong communication skills with ability to build excellent rapport

· Analytical and logical thinking when it comes to data

· Ability to prioritize and capable to say "no"

· Agile mindset and work style

· High proficiency in Business English
