Job description : Senior Marketing Manager (m/f/d) DACH

Your role


The Senior Marketing Manager DACH (m/f/d) holds a key position within the Europe marketing team and spearheads the development and implementation of our marketing strategy across the business focusing on our key market Germany and the DACH region, and additionally steers and supports the set – up and roll-out of key marketing projects across Europe. Reporting to the Head of Europe Marketing and working in close collaboration with multiple cross-functional stakeholders the Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing plans supporting key areas of the business as well as for the local implementation of global campaigns.

What you will be responsible for

  • You manage the overall marketing strategy and marketing plan for the regional product portfolio and lead the development and execution of client centric marketing strategies and programs.
  • You team up with the regional and global marketing experts to identify, develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns and programs – content, digital, communication and event
  • You partner and work closely with the regional business leaders, understanding their business goals and objectives to create a relevant marketing plan
  • Jointly with the Sales and Business team you identify, understand, and collaboratively leverage opportunities and innovative tactics to drive Marketing Qualified Lead and nurture leads.
  • You foster a results-oriented marketing culture leveraging Salesforce and Hubspot as the key management and optimisation solutions.
  • You engage with and support the Sales Team with best-in-class Sales enablement materials, relentlessly pursuing to stay at the forefront of the industry.
  • You plan and manage the country marketing budget with ongoing oversight of ROI
  • You shape and deliver engaging reports and spot- on analyses of marketing activities

What you bring on bord

  • About 8+ years’ relevant work experience and a proven track record of managing marketing programs that demonstrated tangible business results and value.
  • Prior experience in B2B business requested, ideally in the Tech & Data or Consumer Industry
  • Native-level German and excellent English language skills are a must.
  • Excellent communication skills needed, both written and verbal
  • Experience in content creation and content-driven marketing
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing, including digital customer journey creation, marketing automation, social media programs
  • Commercial understanding and results- oriented mindset focusing on client engagement measured by KPIs such as engagement, leads and sales
  • Strong project and campaign management skills
  • Curious and flexible, willing to listen and incorporate other people’s opinions
  • Self-starter with a can-do attitude, who accepts challenges
  • Solutions-oriented mindset, brings on innovative thinking
  • Ability to flex between strategic planning and hands-on execution
  • Ability to engage with a broad range and level of business stakeholders, share ideas and communicate effectively with them
  • Readiness to work in an international matrix organization
