Job Description

As Senior Marketing Manager you will report to the VP Marketing and will own, and drive thought leadership and brand, product and content marketing campaigns across Consumer Panel Services GfK from the comfort of your own home (remote). You will work together with the Global Insights Director and VP Marketing to develop engaging marketing programs, over the entire customer lifecycle, that reach target audiences and increase sales revenue.

 

You will:

  • Develop and drive thought leadership strategies to position CPS GfK as a thought leader and trusted advisor in the FMCG space.

  • Define and deliver proactive marketing campaigns and events, working with different teams across the organization, ensuring cross functional collaboration to deliver effective multi-channel campaigns that support business objectives and generate pipeline.

  • Plan and manage annual budgets, content creation, sales and advocacy materials and reporting for all of your marketing activities.

  • Define and report against specific KPI’s for marketing activation ensuring ROI is regularly measured.

  • Support the sales teams in the production of sales enablement materials.

  • Prepare training materials to deliver commercial excellence.

  • Support VP Marketing to the transition of new ownership and development of new brand.

 

You have:

  • A strong background in FMCG or B2B marketing working on and launching multi-channel campaigns for a complex matrix organization (app 5y).

  • Capability to understand market trends, demands and transfer them into operational marketing activities.

  • A good understanding of digital marketing including marketing automation and CRM-Systems.

  • Strong project management skills and understanding how to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to sell ideas through creative & innovative presentations.

  • A self-starter attitude and are eager to lead on activities whilst working alongside a wider team.

  • Experience managing budgets and reporting on ROI.

  • An open minded, creative (development of new ideas), flexible attitude between strategic planning and hands-on execution.

  • Some international travel may be required.

Location: Remote, based in Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Italy, or Poland.
