Job Description
You will:
Perform Incident management – troubleshooting and resolving incidents according to the agreed SLAs
Perform Change management – Planning and Implementing changes
Perform implementation of projects and coordination with other teams
Propose Solutions related to your area of expertise to satisfy our business needs
Perform installation of new devices, upgrades, new versions, patches
Maintain close customer contact during operative work
Support supplier management for incident related communication
Maintain documentation of all executed tasks in a ticket tool and CMDB
You have:
At least 2 years of working experience as Network Security Engineer / Firewall Engineer
Good knowledge in Check Point products (CCSA level)
Knowledge and experience in VPN (Virtual Private Network) and Firewall technology
Knowledge and experience in Remote Access solutions by CheckPoint
Good understanding in Networking
Working experience in global/virtual Teams
Experience with ITIL process and tools
