§ Key Responsibilities §
Retailer Recruitment: approach all organized retailers for joining GfK’s TSR panel.
Retail Servicing: provide appropriate level of service and support to maximize retailer partners’ retention in GfK panel and contract renewals.
Data Management: ensure monthly/ weekly data collection from organized retailers on time and accurate.
Management Reporting: communicate key business issue and updates to Director regularly.
New Business Development: support new business development by providing timely and reliable market information in terms of recruiting organized retailers, market size estimation, channel or market movement.
The role would take a part of Sales responsibility to promote GfK solutions to existing and potential retailer partners.
In close collaboration with regional Retail team and Operations manager to handle data issues.
§ Experience/Skills required §
College degree or above, marketing and business related is a preference.
3-5 year working experience in retail industry or channel management.
Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills; deliver accurate, compelling and insightful presentations to retailers.
Analytical, data literate, and able to work independently under stress.
Familiar with local market development and retail industry.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Self-motivated, willing to learn, strong teamwork spirit, and detail oriented.
High integrity, ethics, and able to work in a professional environment.
Good organizer and the ability to prioritize and carry out multi-task.
High energy with a positive “can do” attitude and optimism.
