Job Description

Sitting at the heart of our sales team, you are a key enabler who will look for common administrative efficiencies, lean processes and facilitate a centralized information flow between the commercial team. As a Sales Office Support you will enjoy navigating the organization to build strong stakeholder relationships, and alongside the support for our commercial teams, you will act as a key local contact for our Regional Sales Office and Marketing Functions. You will facilitate regional initiatives and provide upward input from the sales teams to these key regional functions.

As Sales Office Support, you will have following key accountabilities: 

  • You support the Sales team in compiling any monthly or weekly reporting and provide further insight into our clients through Linkedin or further desk research.
  • You will become a Power User of Salesforce.
  • You act as a point of contact for the co-ordination of regionally and locally planned sales activation and awareness campaigns.
  • You support internal communication initiatives, which drive centricity and commercial excellence.

Now that we've introduced you to the position as Sales Office Support, what skills, qualifications and experience should you have?

  • You have an MBO and/or HBO degree.
  • You have around 3 - 8 year’s experience in an administrative function preferably with some finance background.
  • You have strong written and oral communication and cross-functional networking skills.
  • You are interested in building experience in CRM (Salesforce).
  • You are proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Excel skills.
  • You have an analytical mindset.
  • You are capable of planning, setting and working to time-based operational targets.
  • You have a strong commercial/sales awareness.
  • You have good problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and have a really good level of English.
