Job Description

Objectif du rôle:

Au sein de l’équipe commerciale Fabricant, vous aurez la charge de comptes internationaux et locaux stratégiques. Vous serez l’interlocuteur privilégié des Directions Marketing, Etudes, Commerciale et Générale sur un portefeuille d’une cinquantaine de Grands Comptes et de Comptes locaux significatifs issus des univers des Biens techniques la Maison (Brico-Jardin, Outdoor, entre autres),et de l’Automotive (Pneus et accessoires) par exemple.

En tant que Responsable Compte Clé, vous aurez les principales responsabilités suivantes:

  • Accompagné du Directeur du pôle commercial New Business, vous développez votre portefeuille d’activités au quotidien. 
  • Vous vous attachez à créer une forte intimité client en maitrisant parfaitement leurs problématiques clés, en multipliant les points de contacts au sein de leur organisation et devenant ainsi un interlocuteur privilégié 
  • Vous êtes l’ambassadeur de la transformation digitale de GfK auprès de vos clients
  • En étroite collaboration avec les quatre directions produit, vous élaborez des propositions commerciales uniques et à forte valeur ajoutée pour vos clients. 
  • L’Excellence commerciale est votre quotidien : construction de plans d’action, relation étroite avec les experts des solutions et des comptes clés monde du groupe GfK, avec l’appui managérial de votre Sales Lead, vous pilotez votre business et cultivez la culture du résultat 
  • Au sein d’une équipe grands comptes, vous participez activement à la réussite collective et à l’épanouissement de cette équipe.

  • Vous avez environ entre 2 à 5 ans d’expérience dans une position similaire
  • Vous êtes commercial et orienté vers les résultats

  • Une expérience liée au commerce de détail ou dans une agence de marketing serait un plus
  • Vous parlez couramment le français et avez un très bon niveau d’anglais

Purpose of the role:

You will be in charge of major international accounts within the New Business sales team. You will work with all management teams as Marketing, Research, Sales and General Management.

As a Key Account Manager, you will have the following key accountabilities:

  • You will be responsible for the development of your portfolio of activities
  • You will work to create a strong customer intimacy by understanding their key issues, by multiplying the points of contact within their organisation and thus becoming a key interlocutor.
  • In close collaboration with the four product departments, you will develop unique sales proposals with high added value for your customers. 
  • You are the ambassador of the digital transformation @ GfK.
  • Commercial excellence is your daily business: building action plans, close relations with the experts of the GfK group's solutions and key accounts worldwide, and with support of your Sales Lead, you manage your business and cultivate a results-oriented culture 
  • As part of a key account team dedicated to the Global and Strategic local Accounts, you will actively participate in the collective success and development of this team. 

Now that you know what the Key Account Manager does, what skills, qualifications and experience do you need?

  • You have approximately between 2 and 5 years experience in a similar position
  • You are commercial and result-oriented
  • You have strong communication and negotiation skills
  • You have an affinity for data
  • Experience in retail or in a marketing agency would be a plus
  • You are fluent in French and have a very good level of English
