- Manage the Consumer Insights and Marketing Effectiveness solutions (but not limited to) for local and regional based projects on global guidance and alignment
- Support Global Client Solutions ensuring client centricity and local relevance of innovations, provide feedback to Global Client Solutions
- Adapt Regional pricing rate cards based on global guidance
- Support proposals by designing insight-driven / complex / bespoke solutions
- Provide expert opinion to sales during proposal development as needed (e.g., on consumer trends, consumer segmentation, consumer journey)
- Join and support sales pitches to provide expertise as needed
- Finalize project scope and detail solution jointly with client
- Develop study-specific questionnaires and execute study (no data collection!)
Manage delivery to the client and hold relationship with client during project delivery
Add insights and actionable recommendations on how to improve segmentation and targeting across the consumer journey to clients on automated charts provided by operations
Deliver presentations / insights to client on regular basis
Serve as contact person for client questions / issues during project duration
