Panel Recruiter & Communications Lead for Custom Research
In an exciting new consumer panel initiative to be piloted in the Danish market, GfK will setup an API to retailer platform and connect recruited respondents (based on Loyalty Card n° or Bankcard n°) to the retailers purchase database. The purchases will enter the GfK respondent purchase database and an external partner will read the purchase data and translating it into GfK classification.
We are looking for a colleague to strengthen our panel management and support team with focus on panel recruitment and panel communication.
Since we are a small team, we are looking for a person who likes to be an added value to the team, and on the other hand likes to take responsibility of tasks, has hands on, and manage task, targets and objectives by him/herself.
We are looking for somebody that likes to contact all sorts of people, likes to write newsletters, info mail, SMS messages etc, and update our portal with info and other things for our panellists, could be surveys, questionnaires etc..
You need good knowledge in Microsoft Office, you will also GfK specific tools as Atlas, aTRACKtive. Although specific trainings will be organized, experience with panel management tools, or databases and analysis tools are a benefit.
Your employment includes to be part of our panel support team, to take active part of our recruitment procedures and finding new ways to recruit members to our panels, also finding new ways to communicate with them is one of your targets.
We are communicating in a digital world, so knowledge of website programming and all kind of social media usage such as Twitter, Facebook, WhatsApp, etc, is an important plus.
We are looking for someone with native Danish language, a big plus would be your knowledge of the Swedish spoken and written language.
GfK´s headquarter is in Nürnberg, Germany, our service sections are spread all over the world. We are a global organisation. Official language is English. We take for granted that you can express yourself both in spoken and written language. Getting in touch with colleagues in expert centers in Romania, Germany, Poland, and other European countries does not scare you.
The employment is a Danish contract, with 36 working hours a week.
Our office is in Copenhagen, Örestad, easy to travel by train from for example Malmö or Lund, many of the counties around has very good connection over the bridge.
