Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Panel Quality Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a passion for market research and data analysis. As a Panel Quality Specialist, you will play a crucial role in analyzing market trends, compiling data, and providing insights that drive strategic decisions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets from various sources to identify market trends and insights
  • Quality Control process in line with best practice while working to agreed schedules
  • Apply global standard and continuous improvement action plan to improve key performance indicators and market metrics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support market research projects and initiatives
  • Utilize advanced statistical and data analysis techniques to monitor the market development and provide actionable recommendations
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure data analysis methodologies are current and effective


  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience from the retail industry
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and nice to have experience in data analysis tools and software such as Python, R, or similar
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar is a plus
  • Knowledge of the market research industry and methodologies is preferred
