Job Description

The Consumer Panel team at GfK understands the shopper journey and delivers important insights on shopper behavior.

We are looking for a Panel Management Specialist for the GfK Consumer Panel Operations Team in the Netherlands. The scope of our team is to maintain the intended Consumer Panel size with focus on quantity and quality targets. You will report to the Data Management Lead and work with colleagues from research or IT backgrounds.

Together we will improve the Consumer Panel, so that the outcome of the FMCG consumption behavior, is reliable and gives appreciated insights in effects, changes and evolutions for our clients.

You Will:

  • Perform multiple activities related to setting up and managing GfK's research panels
  • Monitor the quality and composition of the panels
  • Analyze the panel performance
  • Create survey samples
  • Set up and carry out efficient technical processes around the panels
  • Build and check data files
  • Execute analysis requests for the panels

You Have:

  • Knowledge of sample weighting and statistical calculations
  • Bachelor - / Associate Degree - Level
  • Professional competence in Dutch and English
  • A service-oriented profile, able to work independently and in a team
  • Flexible mindset and hands-on attitude
  • Plus: Knowledge on research methods and techniques
  • Plus: Knowledge of software like SPSS, R, Excel
