Job Description

Key tasks & responsibilities:

  • Ensure our Clients see increasing value in our deliveries (traditional and Newron platform, as measured by NPS)
  • Lead, organize and optimize the team which will design and deliver client solutions and our digital transformation within this area
  • Help to design solutions within area
  • Ensure Colombia MI team is enabled to be on time and on target for Newron implementation & migration and global Projects such as MDQC, Performance Pulse, Scaling, Strategic Insights, global NPS, Sales Force mngmt etc
  • Support the Hub structure in Latam for Market Intelligence, cascading all communications and initiatives to deliver GfK digital transformation, by following deadlines through regular (daily/weekly) engagement.
  • Lead and manage data delivery teams, presentations, special reports, added value recommendations
  • Support and deliver the Company’s strategy, Global Market Intelligence Activation and roadmap


Experience, skills and competencies required:

  • Strategic thinker and good listener that embodies fast learning of the Solution Area: Concepts, methodology, processes, quality standards etc
  • High expertise in Client's Key Business Questions and driving solution need
  • Experienced in project accounting
  • Ability to connect with clients, build relationships, and guide them to the best possible results by allowing clients to clearly understand the benefits of investing in GfK
  • Flexibility; ability to switch between projects, work to tight deadlines, deal with quick turnaround and special requests
  • Commercially minded – shows a good understanding of how our data is used by clients
  • Knows how to create and drive insight in a business
  • Strong leadership skills and experience within managing teams
  • Fluent in English and Spanish is a MUST
