Konsult för FMCG-analys och insikt

Arbetsbeskrivning:

Vi söker en ny kollega till vårt Konsumentpanel-team i Norden, som ansvarar för att upprätthålla, etablera och utveckla kundrelationer i hela Danmark och Sverige.

I denna roll kommer du att ansvara för lokala, regionala och multinationella kunder (både tillverkare och kedjor) på dagligvarumarknaden, och se till att ditt arbete får genomslag i deras verksamhet. Som en kundcentrerad partner kommer förståelsen av dina kunders behov att vara kärnan i jobbet.

Rollen erbjuder en spännande mix av analys och professionell rådgivning och nya biz. Det krävs erfarenhet från liknande arbetsuppgifter, antingen från en byrå eller från kundsidan. Vi förväntar oss inte att du ska veta det hela första dagen. Istället förväntar vi oss att du är en lagspelare och går med i vårt team med ett öppet sinne och ivriga att lära dig mer.

Primära arbetsområden:

Hantera en portfölj av kunder - några ensamma och andra med teamet

Drive och generera försäljning och utveckla nya affärsområden och tillväxt för befintliga kunder

Implementera och hantera lösningar över discipliner, för att få större insikter (externt och internt)

Tillhandahålla utmärkta konsulttjänster och rådgivande "story telling" med handlingskraftig insikt

Inkludera feedback från kunder i framtida lösningar och skapa innovation

Lagspelare som arbetar med och stöttar andra konsulter för att leverera lösningar och presentationer till kunder

Din profil:

Vi söker en energisk personlighet med högt engagemang och dynamik som driver saker framåt och ser bortom horisonten. Du har ett starkt sälj- och kundfokus med god kommunikationsförmåga och förhandlingsförmåga. Med utmärkta analytiska färdigheter kan du förstå och koppla samman en mängd olika information, och du kan sammanställa och förmedla kortfattade presentationer av komplexa data. För att stödja analysen av kunddata måste du ha varit superanvändare i Excel och PowerPoint. Erfarenhet av att arbeta med databaser är meriterande.

Du måste ha 1-2 års erfarenhet av forskning, marknadsföring, försäljning eller rådgivning och gärna inom Retail eller FMCG-sektorn.

Förutom svenska måste du kunna kommunicera effektivt på engelska.

Tjänsten är baserad i Stockholm.

Consultant for FMCG analysis and insights

We are looking for a new member to our Consumer Panel team in the Nordics, responsible for maintaining, establishing and developing client relationships across Sweden and Denmark.

In this role you will be responsible for local, regional and multinational accounts that making sure your work is impactful for their business. As a client-centric partner, understanding your clients’ needs will be the core of what you do.

The role offers an exciting mix of analytics, client sparring and professional advising and new biz. It would require experience from similar tasks in the past either from an agency or from the client side. We don’t expect you to know it all the first day. Instead, we expect you to be a team player and join our team with an open mind and eager to learn more.

Key activities:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients - some alone and others with the team
  • Drive and generate sales and develop new biz and growth of existing customers
  • Implement and manage solutions across disciplines, to gain greater insights (externally and internally)
  • Provide excellent consulting services and advisory "story telling" with actionable insight
  • Include feedback from customers in future solutions and create innovation
  • Team player who works with and supports other consultants to deliver solutions and presentations to clients

Requirements:

We are looking for an energetic personality with a high level of commitment and dynamism that pushes things forward and looks beyond the horizon. You have a strong sales and customer focus with good communication skills and negotiation skills. With excellent analytical skills, you are able to understand and connect a wide range of diverse information, and you can compile and convey concise presentations of complex data. To support the analysis of customer data, you must have been a super user in Excel and PowerPoint. Experience working with databases is preferred. You must have 1-2 years of experience in research, marketing, sales or consulting, and preferably in the Retail or FMCG sector. In addition to Swedish, you must be able to communicate effectively in English.

The position is based in Stockholm.
