Job Description


  • Lead defined list of accounts on behalf of GfK
  • Manage overall client relationship with GfK, liaising with internal departments to provide a centric client experience
  • Understand client strategies, structures and key business questions
  • Develop new and existing senior level, C-suite relationships with customers to achieve sales growth
  • Understand and spread the value of GfK’s proposition in the Media & Entertainment sector
  • Lead contract negotiations both for renewals and new sales
  • Growth the revenue base from your accounts, ensuring targets are met or exceeded
  • Work cross-functionally with Clients Solutions colleagues to meet and exceed client expectations and work out new opportunities
  • Build and maintain an accurate pipeline within the CRM tool (Salesforce)

Required skills and experience

  • Masters or bachelor’s degree
  • Several years of experience in Sales/Account management
  • Fluent Italian
  • Fluent English
  • Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of market research methodologies and analysis
  • Client Oriented attitude
  • Ability to identify and understand client business issues at all client levels to transform them into sales opportunities
  • Passion, energy and drive
