Nous recherchons un Key Account Manager expérimenté pour l'Europe, pour travailler sur deux grands comptes mondiaux dont les sièges sont respectivement au Japon et aux Etats-Unis. Vous êtes passionné par la vente de solutions ? Vous avez le sens de l'écoute pour comprendre les besoins des clients ? Dans ce poste, vous êtes responsable du maintien et du développement d'une relation étroite avec les deux grands comptes du secteur des pneus. Le point de départ d'un engagement efficace avec les clients est toujours leurs questions commerciales clés (KBQ). Vous deviendrez un partenaire stratégique de confiance en écoutant activement et en traduisant les questions clés des clients dans le portefeuille de solutions et de services de GfK. Vous aiderez votre compte clé mondial en utilisant une variété de solutions GfK visant à améliorer le marketing, l'efficacité des ventes et la stratégie des médias. Soutenu par un Market Insights, vous fournirez également des informations sur les marchés, les canaux, les concurrents et la segmentation et/ou le comportement des consommateurs. Vous travaillerez au sein d'une équipe interfonctionnelle, collaborant et réussissant avec des collègues enthousiastes à l'échelle mondiale, régionale et locale. Vous serez rattaché(e) au Senior Global Account Director actuellement basé en France. Key Account Manager, Europe - Bridgestone & Goodyear.
We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager for Europe, to work on two major global accounts based in Japan and the USA respectively. Are you passionate about selling solutions? In this role you will be responsible for maintaining and developing a close relationship with two key accounts in the tyre sector. The starting point for effective engagement with customers is always their key business issues (KBQ). You will become a trusted strategic partner by actively listening and translating key customer issues into GfK's portfolio of solutions and services. You will support your global key account using a variety of GfK solutions to improve marketing, sales effectiveness and media strategy. Supported by Market Insights, you will also provide insights into markets, channels, competitors and consumer segmentation and/or behaviour. You will work as part of a cross-functional team, collaborating and succeeding with enthusiastic colleagues at global, regional and local levels. You will report to the Senior Global Account Director currently based in France. As Key Account Manager, Europe, you are a powerful, energetic personality who is always one step ahead and driven by business. You dare to negotiate and secure more sales, growth and profit for one of our largest clients. In addition, you are able to generate new business, expand your network at all levels of an organisation and feel comfortable at internal and external events. We are looking for an enthusiastic and commercially minded person to strengthen our team.
