Job Description

Junior Panel Data Analyst

Mission of the role:

  • The position is responsible for classification and identification of the provided information.
  • To process the information with predefined requirements to be used from other teams/client in the next stages of data processing.

You will:

  • Be responsible of preparing the information with maximum performance, depending on the nature of the tasks.
  • Perform data-in activities for the business.
  • Meet the agreed daily/weekly/monthly targets and deadlines.
  • Exceed productivity benchmarks.
  • Align data-in activities with standard global procedures and documents.
  • Attend meetings/discussions with country representatives.
  • Attend trainings.
  • Report any known errors or discrepancies to direct manager.
  • Provide support and complete different additional tasks supporting the data-in process.

You have:

  • University degree in: Economics, Mathematics, Information Technology, Data Management or other related area.
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • Work level of English (B1 - B2).
  • Ability to identify and understand problems.
  • Ability to work with deadlines and targets.

Специалист входящи данни идентифицира, обработва и подготвя предоставената от крайните клиенти информация, за да бъде използвана в следващите етапи от маркетинговите проучвания, спазвайки поставените срокове с максимална ефективност и с цел постигане на определените цели.

Като Специалист входящи данни, ще имате следните ключови отговорности:

  • Извършване на дейности по събиране, обработка и подготовка на данни за бизнеса
  • Отчитане на всички установени грешки или несъответствия
  • Спазване на договорените дневни / седмични / месечни цели и крайни срокове
  • Покриване на показателите за производителност
  • Поддържане на високо ниво на качество на работа
  • Спазване на глобалните процедури при обработката на данните
  • Участие в срещи / дискусии с представители на бизнеса и крайните клиенти
  • Включване в обучения
  • Осигуряване на поддръжка и изпълнение на различни допълнителни задачи, подпомагащи процеса на предаване на данни

Какви умения, опит и квалификация са ви необходими, след като вече знаете какво прави Специалист входящи данни?

  • Висше образование в сферата на: Икономика, Математика, Информационни технологии, Управление на данни или друго свързано с естеството на работа
  • Добра компютърна грамотност – работа с MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook и PowerPoint)
  • Работно ниво на английски език /B1 – B2/
  • Отлични комуникативни умения
  • Способност за идентифициране на потенциални проблеми и проактивност в тяхното разрешаване
  • Умение за работа с крайни срокове и поставени цели
