Job Description
Mission of the role:
Customer service of the Household Panel Clients, responsibility to develop sales and the realisation of the financial goal, nurturing and development of long-term relations with GfK company's customers, contribution to the visibility and presence of the GfK brand on the market.
You will:
Service and partner international Clients of the Household Panel operating in the FMCG sector
Building long-term relationships with Clients by offering and delivering relevant data and tools tailored to the needs to support business decisions
Prepare conclusions and recommendations for the Clients based on reports and data prepared by Analysts
Present the results of the analyses and conclusions / recommendations
Translate of Client's needs into solutions from the GfK portfolio and transferring to the Analysts
Develop business with Clients by offering solutions tailored to the needs independently identified by the Clients
Be in constant search for new areas of support for our client's business
Prepare sales offers and do active sales
Partner with Analysts in the preparation of analyses
Report to Multinational Clients Director - Consumer Panels & Services
You have:
Min 1+ years of experience in working with Clients and data analysis
University degree in Market research, Marketing, Psychology, Social sciences, Economics or Quantitative Methods
Willingness to develop in the field of Market Research
Interest in the FMCG industry or work experience in research agency will be an additional advantage
Native/Bilingual level of spoken and written Polish
Knowledge of spoken and written English (at least B2)
Very good presentation skills and knowledge of MS Power Point and MS Excel
Ability to think analytically and infer from numerical data, to find operational recommendations
