Preparation of reports containing key observations, conclusions and recommendations for running a business.
Timely delivery of reports in accordance with the scope and specification defined in contracts with key clients of the company.
Efficient response to questions, doubts and additional needs expressed by customers
Conducting training for clients on the operation of IT platforms delivering results and reports (gfkNewron)
Building long-term relationships with clients through regular meetings, a proactive approach and support
Realization of the quality goal related to customer service (NPS, number of active users of online platforms)
Active following the life of the technological goods, durable and DIY industries as well as events in the retail market and skilful use of this knowledge to the prevailing situation
Working on conclusions and recommendations from analyzes
Agreeing with clients the details related to the prepared analyzes, presenting the results and conclusions / recommendations
Willingness to develop in the field of market research, constant improvement of the tool workshop
Ability to analyze data, "read numbers" and transform data into a coherent, interesting story that will provide clients with specific recommendations or draw their attention to important phenomena affecting the business
Interest in the technology and DIY industry in Poland and around the world
Ability to think analytically and to draw conclusions from numerical data
Willingness to present the results of the analysis / project to the client and to conduct meetings
Curiosity and inquisitiveness
Good command of spoken and written English (minimum B2)
Good knowledge of preparing statements in MS Excel and presentations in MS Power Point
Preferred higher education (Economics, Marketing, Management, Sociology, Psychology, Quantitative Methods)
Independence, responsibility, ability to work in a team
