Job Description

Role:

The core of the function lies in the understanding of the various processes in the Consumer Technology & Durables market research: from the supplied scanning data, sample, universe, to the construction of client reports and analyses. With the knowledge of the GfK databases, the analyst provides relevant market insight by delivering reports, analyses, and Power point presentations. In addition, the analyst should understand and support GfK's latest analysis tools towards clients.

 

Key responsibilities:

The candidate after a certain period of training will support the analysts in the following the activities:     

  • Create & deliver high quality reports and presentations that meet the needs of our clients
  • Ensure the optimal functioning of internal platforms
  • Build and maintain contacts with commercial team (internal clients) and support them on their daily activities
  • Jointly with more senior colleagues translate client briefings into analysis & presentations (in standardized projects)
  • Work closely with the International HUB for the std projects/reports

Training Objectives:

The candidate will follow a training course, created for all new Market Intelligence, aimed at learning the methodologies, services and products. The training will focus on the products of the Solutions market Intelligence and the basic skills of the Consultant profile will be acquired.
