As an HR Business Partner, you will lead HR processes and projects within the entire function that include, but is not limited to:
Lead and participate in the implementation of global and local projects, policies and initiatives in the field of Human Resources
Provide HR scope support to respective stakeholders aligning people related policies and principles across locations and locally
Act as a point of contact to CTO (Chief Technical Office) HR teams - coordinate aligned communication between HR teams in the respective locations related to the CTO organization.
Support local and global management in people discussion, key appointments, talent reviews
Establish and maintain productive relationship with the relevant stakeholders
Lead engagement initiatives to support retention
Monitor and coordinate the performance management process
Stay up-to-date with the market and participate in regular compensation and benefits benchmark analysis for the dedicated area of responsibility, participate and review the merit and bonus payout processes
Participate in the recruitment and selection strategies when needed; fully understand people and skills demand of the business and the people availability on the market
Prepare regular and ad-hoc HR reports and analysis
Now that you know what an HR Business Partner does, what skills, qualifications and experience do you need?
Minimum 3 years relevant HR experience in an international environment and matrix organisations
Previous experience as an HR Business Partner for IT organizations/departments would be considered as a significant advantage
Very good knowledge of key HR practices: legislative environment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, talent management, performance management, recruitment, employment practices
Ability to problem solve at the root cause level, understanding the impact of the people decisions
Ability to communicate on all levels within the organization
Ability to translate business strategy into function’s
Ability to lead and manage change
Organized and analytical personality, with strong attention to details
The knowledge to read and interpret data reports
University degree in HR, Business Administration or other related area
Fluency in written and spoken English
Very good knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
