Job Description

As a Global Procurement Systems Specialist you will support Head of Digital Procurement to ensure development and delivery of the digital Procurement & Real Estate systems and processes landscape. Evaluate existing business processes and propose ways to make improvements to one or many steps to increase productivity, reduce costs, improve time management, or make needed changes to other aspects of processes

You’re good at:

  • Supporting or leading new initiatives across the end-to-end Procurement process, e.g. Supplier Risk Management, Sustainable Procurement, Audit and Process and Policy Compliance, Sourcing/Tendering and Contracting

  • Supporting business improvement projects gathering and implementation feedback from Procurement commodities operational representatives, facilitating workshops

  • Leading System Change Management and support Interface Optimization (i.e. Catalog Management) regarding SRM Optimization

  • Leading End user, VIP support and trainings and supporting User Rights Management regarding Key User Management

  • Supporting P2P Process Standardization, P2P Process Optimization and Compliance Gatekeeping regards to Process Optimization

  • Proactively analyzing big data from various reporting sources, aimed at producing insights on system adoption, change management, user patterns, etc. and ultimately giving recommendations for systems improvements.

  • Checking and managing the impact of internal or external requirements applicable to the processes

  • Supporting Efficiency Initiatives, migration of S2P activities and Process Standardization regarding Optimization and Enhancement of the SSC E2E setup

  • Acting as SPOC for Operational Troubleshooting

You can bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in relevant field

  • Strong IT user knowledge (e.g. SAP SRM, Ariba, CLM / RFx or other Source to Pay systems) and experience with managing development work – either directly or via outsourced partners

  • Extensive experience in implementing new procurement systems and being responsible for change management and adoption

  • High level skills in Process and Project Management

  • High level skills in Excel and PowerPoint

  • Fluency in English

  • Ability to analyze large data sets and draw insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
