Job Description
Purpose of the Role
Support and execution of operational or tactical Procurement activities and tasks based on wider team priorities
Provide project management support for different Procurement initiatives and lead smaller operational or improvements projects
You will:
Support key functional and cross-functional projects
Take on smaller stand-alone projects or sub-projects as part of key Procurement projects
Execute operational Purchasing activities – PO creation and update, end user support, supplier creation
Support analytics regarding finance and processes
Ensure submission of reports or presentations
Operational support for initiatives in the areas of new system implementations or Purchase to Pay activities (New supplier onboarding, Purchase orders, Invoicing and compliance metrics)
Report to Head Digital Procurement
You have:
1+ years experience in Procurement Project Management / 3+ years in Procurement Operational Activities
Master or Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/apprenticeship in relevant field
Understanding of Procurement systems in Purchase to Pay or Source to Contract areas - – SAP SRM, Ariba, etc.
Exceptional Excel, Power BI, Power Point and visualization skills
Ability to analyze data and produce insights from it
Fluency in English
