Job Description

Key Focus Area

  • Business Partnering to SEANAP (South East Asia, North Asia & Pacific) Business Leaders (Commercial and Operations)
  • Financial Planning, Analysis and Reporting, including facilitation of Sales and Cost forecast calls, variance analysis actuals vs budget vs forecasts - highlight key drivers
  • Drive policies, processes and systems improvement projects to increase efficiency and sales effectiveness, including creating a sales-oriented environment conducive for selling
  • Devise and design business processes, including controls and compliance for all sales, services, operations and financial functions.
  • Tightly control all sales forecasting process, including weekly, monthly, quarterly cycles

                       

Scope of Responsibilities

  • Own and prepare SEANAP weekly cadence summary, including sales pipeline and forecasts, as well as global reports on sales forecast by country, by Sales/Product offerings
  • Consolidation of SEANAP financials and providing financial insight for SEANAP Business Leaders, including actual results against forecast, budget across revenue, costs, headcount and capital spending
  • Preparation of presentation on SEANAP business for quarterly review with APAC Regional team.
  • Preparation of S&OP presentation on SEANAP business for monthly review with APAC Regional team
  • Represent SEANAP Commercial, Operations and Finance in all global process improvement or Sales ERP/CRM improvement projects, including systems implementation
  • Support SEANAP new initiatives end-to-end process from preparing Business Charter to tracking actual financials.
  • Utilization and compliance reporting and management for labour hours, including billable profit margins analysis
  • Understand business issues, data and system challenges, and identify the root of business problems, strengths and weaknesses to create strong and rational cases for change
  • Initiate the re-design of business process including clarifying, issue identification and facilitate changes to attain the highest levels of operational efficiency and control

                       

Requirement                 

  • Min 7-9 years for Senior Analyst
  • Highly analytical, with strong business acumen
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as strong leadership and analytical focus.
  • Results oriented and client focused as business partner
  • Innovative and unafraid to propose new measures
  • Facilitation skills at every level to ensure wide understanding and buy in to processes.
