Job Description

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, coordinate, and manage ad hoc analytics solutions (both survey based and GfK proprietary data services like MI panels) through
    • Receiving and understanding client brief
    • Developing research design, proposal and prepare budget/cost
    • Contributing to contract negotiation
    • Co-ordinating with client for data collection
    • Analyzing data and information
    • Developing conclusion and solid recommendation
    • Presenting and reporting on work from proposal to analysis stage
    • Analyzing and evaluating results
    • Controlling costs/budgeting
  • Act as main link resource to client. Develop and maintain close relationship and communication with client decision makers
  • Responsible for project management and close working relationship between key members (i.e. technical teams, analysts, etc.) to evaluate results together both from statistical and business sense

Skills and Personal Attributes

  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in research-related field preferably with retail,  marketing sciences or CRM emphasis
  • Experience in Shopper Research , Mystery Shopping or analytics of store/loyalty data would be a plus
  • Analytical with excellent writing, presentation and communication skills in English and ideally Mandarin
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, and excellent attention to details with an ability to deliver results accurately and on time
