Job Description

The Data Supply Administrator is a part time role, working in the MI Operations team, performing a range of administrative and office support activities in order to facilitate the efficient operation of the Data Supply Team. The Data Supply Administrator is also responsible for ensuring that all independent data supplied from retailers is supplied on time and is processed within the agreed schedules and to a high standard.

This role requires a high attention to detail, the ability to learn internal tools quickly and the aptitude to work in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining high quality standards.

The Data Supply Administrator is primarily responsible for:

  • Supporting the Data Supply team to monitor monthly electronic data delivery to agreed schedules via individual retailer relationships
  • Supporting the Data Supply team with allocation/resolution of data receipt/Coding queries, resignations and related follow up actions with external clients
  • Maintaining excellent relationships with the Data In and Coding departments in order to maximise the productivity and effectiveness of the Field Audit Operations
  • Support the Data Supply Manager in dealing with invoices and queries coming from data partners
  • Support the Field team with the monitoring and delivery of manual audits
  • Accurately maintaining the Field database and other internal systems
  • Work very closely with the Data In Team to ensure effective management of the Data Loading and Quality Control Processes
  • Effectively use global processes and tools to improve speed and quality
