Purpose of the Role
Production of reports and special analysis for Consumer Panel Services business, according to standard procedures of the company and deadlines.
Contribution in the development of the team by improving the process and providing support to assistant, junior colleagues.
Prepare and analyze FMCG data on a monthly base
Work with data collected from Consumer Panel Data to provide a variety of output reports, using software products such as AnalyzeIT, SPSS and programming languages like python and SQL
Prepare and update the lines of reports according to the specifications and communicate about the updates with the Operations team.
Constantly communicate with Client Service team to set up the reports according to clients' need.
Create the reports, analysis and presentations, and contribute to the improvements, according to the company standards. Also use our standard layout or adapt it according to clients' need, keeping the standards.
Check the data accuracy and correlations of all provided deliverables
Keep the monthly evidence of the reports and analysis which must be reported and also the agreed timings
Attend the project meetings and offer feedback regarding structure, contents and details should be agreed.
Communicate to Data Production Manager about any problem or change which appears in activity
Identify and escalate potential issues. Collaborate with the other parties for solving the issues that may occur
Report to the Head of Reporting
University education – with a background in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or similar
Strong numerical skills
Fluent English language
Advanced user of MS Office (advanced Excel - VBA)
Knowledge of other platforms (SPSS, SQL, Python, Power BI) will be considered as strong asset
