Job Description

Purpose of the role:

The purpose of the role is to complete and monitor a database of product groups, in accordance with pre-established methodology, deadlines and quality in the Consumer Panel department.

The Data Classification Assistant is responsible for the primary classification and processing of data in the User Panel survey, as well as for maintaining and updating the database.

As a Data Classification Assistant, you will have the following key responsibilities:

• Classification of products in different product groups, as part of a common database array
• Maintenance, updating and adjustment of the current database on the basis of set criteria
• Development of new product groups
• Responsibility for compliance with the deadlines for input and processing of primary data
• Service and maintenance of the data entry system
• Monitoring the products on the market as well as regular shopping tours on routes and schedule pre-set by the line manager
• Communication with the other units in the Department on all working topics concerning the database with product items

• Completed secondary school education. Higher education will be considered an advantage.
• Ability to work within deadlines and set goals
• Attention to detail and a high level of personal organization
• Very good communication skills
• Good computer literacy (MS Office - Word, Excel)
• Good level of English language proficiency

Сътрудник Класификация

Цел на позицията:

Целта на ролята е да се попълва и следи база с данни по продуктови групи, в съответствие с предварително установена методология, срокове и качество в отдел Потребителски Панел.

Сътрудник класификация отговаря за първичната класификация и обработка на данни в изследването Потребителски Панел, както и за поддържане и актуализиране на базата данни.

Като Сътрудник Класификация, ще имате следните ключови отговорности:

• Класификация на продукти в различни продуктови групи, част от общ масив база данни
• Поддържане, актуализиране и коригиране на настоящата база данни въз основа на по зададени критерии
• Разработване на нови продуктови групи
• Отговорност за спазването на сроковете за въвеждане и обработка на първичните данни
• Обслужване и поддържане на системата за въвеждане на данни
• Наблюдаване на продуктите на пазара и регулярен обход по магазини по предварително зададени маршрути и график от прекия ръководител
• Комуникация с другите звена в Отдела по всички работни теми, касаещи базата с продуктови артикули
