As а Consultant you will have following key accountabilities:
Account Management / Sales
Actively approaches the definition of client needs, its further analysis resulting into presentations and implementation of results within client’s organization
Detects, analyzes and identifies market opportunities, suggests solutions how to utilize these market potentials for GfK
Regularly meets, manages and builds client relationships with existing clients to ensure long term cooperation
Is responsible for planning, strategy and activities of assigned portfolio of clients (Account Planning) to achieve necessary financial results
Independently and pro-actively engages in acquisition process or up-selling
Client Service / Consulting
Is responsible for all project steps, from initial dialogue with the client, brief and proposal to generating valuable insights, from the survey set up and the quality control to providing actionable recommendations, the final report, deliverables in all forms (written, electronically or in person via personal presentations), invoicing instructions etc.
Collaborates with other local or regional divisions of GfK - Data & Reporting department of CPS, CPS Operations, Marketing Communications & PR, Business Development and Europanel to utilize client’s potential better.
Now that you know what a Consultant does, what skills, qualifications and experience do you need?
Higher education focused on Marketing and/or Market research
Previous relevent, experience sufficient to carry out the nature of the work
Fluent Czech/Slovak & English language skills for spoken and written communication of deliverables also via personal presentations
Strong attention to detail and ability to work within a timeline
Analytical and synthetic thinking
Excellent presentation, communication and sales skills
Ability to work independantly under minimum supervision
Advanced knowledge of MS Office
