Job Description

As a Cluster Procurement & Facilities Manager, you will have the following key accountabilities:

Strategy Input: 

  • Support Global Category Managers to gather data (i.e. suppliers, spend, contracts) 
  • Communicate to the Global Category Managers the best practices 

Stakeholder Engagement: 

  • Actively engage senior stakeholders and understand their key needs/requirements 
  • Act as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) within cluster, where required, and input into supplier business reviews  

Contract and Supplier Management: 

  • Support country implementation of Global contracts that support the Global Category Strategy  
  • Facilitate negotiations of local contracts, in alignment with Global Category Manager and/or VP Procurement & Real Estate 
  • Support supplier management activities and manage supplier performance and innovation activities for regional suppliers, including issue resolution 

Project Pipeline: 

  • Identify process improvement opportunities, and promoting procurement best practice in a complex, multi-site operation across region 
  • Gather future project list to feed into overall procurement projects list 
  • Compliance: 
  • Enforce contract compliance across cluster 
  • Support implementation of standard procedures, policies, processes and systems in cluster 


  • Understand local buying operations  
  • Guide local buyers on Global Team and on new procedures, tools, systems, etc. 

Facilities Management: 

  • Continually improve service levels  
  • Ensure facilities KPI’s are in place across the cluster, including environmental KPI’s 
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations 
  • Ensure regular reporting of budget, KPI’s, spend and savings across region 
  • Ensure that safe working practices are implemented, monitored and adhered to at all times in accordance with Safety and Environmental policy requirements 
  • Lead local projects and support centrally initiated projects as required  
  • Identify and implement improvements to operational practices for the facilities teams across all sites 
  • Develop and implement a streamlined and structured framework for managing and monitoring the facilities and resources across all services 


  • Effectively communicate and liaise with stakeholders and 3rd parties 
  • Organize team members and delegate responsibilities and ensure team empowerment 
  • Measure individual performance and provide timely and open feedback

Now that you know what a Cluster Procurement & Facilities Manager does, what skills, qualifications and experience do you need?

  • Min. 4-5 years of relevant experience in Procurement

  • Managerial experience

  • Project management experience and the ability to Lead cross matrix teams as required  

  • The ability to work with all procurement categories as required, to support the wider Procurement team 

  • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills combined with the ability to drive results 

  • Experience in demand management, sourcing and negotiation

  • Ability to influence others and align various interests 

  • Fluency in both Polish and English language

  • Proactive, target oriented and assertive personality with strong presentation skills  

  • Manage and adhere to timelines on assigned projects and tasks 

  • Ability to negotiate legal and commercial contractual aspects 

  • Ability to work in a changing environment 

  • Very good problem solving and communication skills 

  • Excellent time management, planning and organizational skills 

  • Proficient in MS Office
