Job Description
The Client Solutions Consultant works with experts in areas such as branding, segmentation and market sizing to deliver successful and valued brand and consumer insights to a diverse list of clients – both UK and global – covering a wider variety of industries from telecoms, home furnishings, automotive and media. Reporting to an Associate Director colleague, also based in London the Client Solutions Consultant assists with variety of research activity and client support duties as well as attending and contributing to client presentations and calls.
You will...
Write commentaries, summaries and charting
Assist with analysis planning for debriefs and reporting templates
Attend and contribute to presentations, client meetings and calls
Work with colleagues to ensure successful project setup and delivery
Develop relationships with clients and become an important contact for them – client communication is an important part of this role
You have...
Relevant research experience (in a previous agency or client-side)
Good organisation skills. The ability to plan is necessary as is the ability to adjust plans to achieve changing goals
Sound analysis skills: Must enjoy and have experience with ‘digging’ through data sets to find the true story and themes that are worthy of further investigation to deliver insight and recommendations
Ability to explain complex data in a clear way
Skills with PowerPoint and Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) and experience using data analysis packages
