Job Description
- Day-to-Day Client service
- Development of proposals
- Project management from brief though field and analysis
- Analysis/ Reporting & Presentation
- Leadership & team responsibilities
- Interpersonal & Organisational performance
- Travel to client meetings and fieldwork as and when required (may at times require local overnight & international travel
- Manage and monitor the research process checking and ensuring accuracy from:
- sample design
- questionnaire design
- fieldwork
- data checking
- charting and analysis
- interpretation and development of recommendations
- preparation of presentations of findings linking these back to the research objectives to ensure that these are met
- 1st level analysis while starting to add more strategic elements to the analysis
- ensure that presentations are aesthetically pleasing and professional
- attend analysis forums with the team to gain broader insights and take responsibility for actioning and checking any amendments
- attend client presentations with senior members of the team, taking notes and ensuring that changes can be made and at times presenting to the client where appropriate
- Set standards of excellence to ensure high quality throughout the research process
